SCHOOL PROGRAMS
Education must nurture both intellect and inner awareness. CBE does both—naturally and scientifically.
The Consciousness-Based Education (CBE) Program introduces Transcendental Meditation (TM) and proven consciousness-development techniques into academic life. It supports mental clarity, emotional balance, and values-based living—all within the existing school schedule.

Goals
The Consciousness-Based Education (CBE) Program aims to create systemic educational transformation by integrating consciousness development into the core of learning, using Transcendental Meditation (TM) as a foundational practice. Backed by 700+ peer-reviewed studies and implemented in 800+ schools globally, the program is structured to:
1. Promote Holistic Human Development:
Cultivate the full potential of the brain, improve self-awareness, and integrate intellectual, emotional, and moral growth for lifelong success.
3. Reform Pedagogical Culture:
Empower educators to become calm, resilient role models through personal development, resulting in more effective, compassionate teaching.
2. Address the Mental Health Crisis in Education:
Mitigate the rise in depression, anxiety, attention disorders, and technology-related stress among students through structured and scalable interventions.
4. Contribute to National and Global Development Goals:
Directly support NEP 2020 priorities and key UN SDGs:
Good Health & Well-being, Quality Education, Reduced Inequality, Peace, Justice & Strong Institutions

Each goal is pursued through clearly defined, time-bound, and scientifically trackable objectives, focused on scale, sustainability, and impact.

The Need
What Students Are Facing Today
A 2024 study by the National Library of Medicine revealed some troubling trends among Indian students:
• Stress, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm are on the rise
• Many struggle with focus, behavioral issues, and tech addiction
• Academic motivation and performance are slipping

If we don’t address these issues at their root, the impact could ripple through families, communities, and the future of society.
